You agree not to upload or distribute any content containing nudity, sexually explicit material, or adult content. FileNile reserves the right to remove any content that violates this guideline and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate this policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FileNile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Services.
